1a) Close Grip Bench Press: 4 reps, with a 1 second pause at the chest
1b) Bent Over BB Row (supinated grip): 6 reps, with a 1 second pause at the top
12 Alternating DB Snatches
12 Wall Balls
20 Alternating DB Snatches (50/35)
20 Wall Balls
*This is a repeat from a little while ago (6/21/17). We set the goal of trying to keep this one as close to an EMOM workout as possible, going back and forth between the two movements and getting 5 rounds of each essentially. Some were able to, some not quite. Let's try again and improve! I like this test of your overall conditioning. If you are able to get 5+ rounds on this one with the P+C numbers, your conditioning is very solid.
