Min 1 = 3 Push Jerks (from the rack)
Min 2 = :40 Pistol Practice
Experienced lifters: Your goal is to build across the 6 sets, finishing with a heavy'ish set of 3 push jerks.
Newer lifters: Your goal is to get more comfortable dropping under the bar, not push pressing anymore.
All lifters: When you drop under the bar to catch your jerks overhead, let's try to think about actively pushing under the bar. Dip, Drive, Get the bar weightless off your shoulders, then actively Push yourself down under the bar and catch it with fully locked out arms.
5 RFT (16:00 cap)
15 Air Squats
10 S2OH (F=75/45; P = 135/95; C = 165/110)
5 T2B (F = Hanging Knee Raises or PVC Box Pike Ups)
