EMOM x 12
Min 1 = 3 Push Jerks
Min 2 = :40 worth of T2B or Rope Climb Practice (your choice)
*If you performed this similar Push Jerk EMOM last week, you're trying to build up to something slightly heavier than what you ended with last week. If not, you're building across the 6 sets of Push Jerks, ending with a weight that should feel heavy'ish. Focus on the speed of dropping under the bar and catching with perfectly locked-out arms.
**T2B and Rope Climb Practice: the focus should be trying to improve something about one or both of these movements. If you're more experienced, there's still plenty to work on (larger sets, minimal pulls to the top, etc.). If you need to build the strength or rhythm of these movements, etc.
1 Rope Climb (Scaling = 2 Rope Rows; or 3 Rope Climb Pull-Ups)
