A) Skierg Calories (10 Cal Shifts)
B) Assault Bike/Bike Erg Calories (10 Cal Shifts)
C) 30 Double Unders + 10 Sit-Ups *Alternate Full Movements.
Flow: Partners will rotate together through each station for the set period of time switching off as prescribed. Partners will spend 5 Minutes on the Skierg switching in 10 cal increments, followed by 5 Minutes on the Bike switching in 10 cal increments, and lastly 5 Minutes On the third station, where Partners will Alternate full movements. (Example being P1 does 30 Double Unders while P2 does 10 Sit-ups. When both finish they switch movements). Keep this rotation through the Rounds of 4 minutes and 3 minutes.
