4 Reps @ ~75%
Cycle through the following movements for 12 mins worth of a Tabata:
1) Isometric Ring Push Up Hold (feet up on a 12" box)
2) Strict Pull Ups (or your variation)
3) Hollow Hold
4) Push Ups
*Keep track of how many pull ups and push ups you get each round.
As a team of 3, cycle through:
8 x 100m Ski, AFAP
