Hope you can all relax a little after this lovely tradition of a WOD here at RCF!
17 Power Cleans (135/95 lb)
75 Air Squats
At the end of each round, unload the barbell and carry it 200 meters away. Return to the plates and then carry one forward to the barbell. Retrieve the second plate, carry it forward and reload the barbell for the next round.
*The above is the written/prescribed workout. Since we now have a lovely 200m track around our new building, after completing a round of the 17/75, you'll alternate between carrying a plate 200m, then running a 200m run just bodyweight, then carrying your next plate around the building 200m, and then run 200m with just your bodyweight, and finally carrying your barbell 200m (or any order you want, just be sure to keep track!).
**Also, since our 200m track will be a circle...choose anywhere you'd like to complete your workout around our building. You all don't have to cram into one area. Find a relatively flat area and go run in some circles for 60 minutes...haha. This will be a fun sweatfest, per usual!
