Bench Press (mid-grip)
Build to a 1 RM
*If not comfortable building to a heavy weight, let's have you do 7 sets of 4 reps for the allotted time, building each set until you get to something that is appropriate.
For Time (15:00 cap):
21-15-9 (Goal is to go ALL OUT here for your guys)
Pull Up Variation
*The goal for everyone here is to work on your short(er) time domain, with a couplet of movements, that you have to dig deep and work hard to move quickly. It's going to suck and push you to that dark space, but kick it in the face and go get it!
