3 Reps @~60% of your 3RM High Box Back Squat from last week.
w/ a buddy, alternating full rounds:
3 Power Snatches (F = 65/35; P = 115/75; C = 135/95)
6 Toes to Bar
9 Wall Balls (C = 30/20)
*The goal here is to be completing these rounds unbroken and potentially within 1:00. If you are not, you and your buddy should alternate every :60, picking up where each other left off.
