*These do not need to be a linked complex. Build over the 8 sets (if you want to). This should be a comfortably challenging weight that you can still focus on the technique of the pull, and the speed of the transition into the receiving position.

10 Wall Balls + 10 KB Sumo DL High Pulls (to the floor) (70/53)
*Adjust numbers to something feasible but challenging for YOU. If you end up "failing" towards the latter rounds, just drop the number of reps and keep going. It'll be alright, you're still getting fit. But try to work on that mental game and stay in it!
