Max Calories on the Rower
*No required intervals, partition as desired, but I would recommend switching every 15/12 Calories, or some short and aggressive interval.
This will be interesting to see the difference between doing a Team of 3, 10k row, versus doing it this way with Calories. I would bet the top scores for the day will be very close to 1,000 Calories for teams of 3 males, and maybe close to 700 Calories for the teams of 3 ladies. Let the games begin!
