A1) 6 BB Bench Press (your choice of grip width)
A2) 12 Push Ups
A3) 24 CrossOver Symmetry Band, Standing Chest Fly Claps
B1) 6 Strict Pull Ups
B2) 12 Chest to Incline Bench, DB Rows
B3) 24 CrossOver Symmetry Band, Back Flies (or T's)
Complete the A's together with as little rest as possible between each other, and then the B's together in the same fashion. Rest between A's and B's as needed.

30 C&J (135/95)
30 Pull Ups (or 15 Bar Muscle Ups)
400m Run (together)
