For those of you who are participating in the Flex Nutrition Challenge , Friday will be your final day to submit any last minute items (InBody, Benchmark WOD, points, etc.). We will be having a FLEX wrap-up party/meeting Saturday morning after classes with special guest Matt Colleran who is bringing in some delicious Hop Yo acai bowls for us to try!*
