- Fitness = Rope Climb Progressions (DEMO VIDEO)
- Performance = 2 Rope Climbs or 1 Legless Rope Climb
- Competitor = 1 Seated L-Sit Legless Rope Climb
Min 3 = 10 Alternating, BB, Front-Rack, Box Step Ups (5 ea)
*You should be scaling the reps to something YOU can do in about 30 seconds or so, at least for the first few rounds.
