A1) 6-8 x Single-Arm Ring Rows (each)
A2) 6-8 x Single-Arm Incline DB Bench Press (each)
A3) 5 x "Y, T, W" on incline bench

A2) 6-8 x Double KB RDL (each)

Goblet Reverse Lunges
Teammate 1 will work on the above, while Teammate 2 Rows 20/16 calories. Athletes will switch when the calories on the rower are complete, and the teammate who just finished the row will pick up where the other teammate left off.
