15:00 to work on some things...
- I am going to give you all a bunch of freedom here today. Here is my only bit of guidance: I would try to break up this 15:00 into 3 x 5:00 blocks of time to work on three different things.
- Perhaps you work on Snatches, Squat Clean Thrusters, or some kind of barbell work first; Then spend some time working on progressing your Pull Ups or Muscle Ups; Then spend some time on a unilateral, structural balance movement (Poliquin Step Ups, Single-Leg KB RDL's, 1/2-Kneeling DB Strict Press, Bent Over DB Rows...etc.).
On the 15:00 clock
100 Wall Balls (try to go UB!)
Then, with the remaining time on the clock...and once you catch your breath a little:
Perform 6 smooth and efficient sets of C2B Cindy:
5 C2B Pull Ups
10 Push Ups
15 Air Squats
Triple T WOD
(Tanks + Teammates!)
For Time (20:00 cap)
As a team of 3
5,000m Row or Ski (your team's choice)
- Alternate every 250m
- When you're done with your 250m interval, roll into a plank for the duration of the next person's 250m.
- Then take your third teammate's interval off completely before you go for your next one.
Post Results to the whiteboard.
