As a team of 2:
10 Deadlifts (F = 155/105; P+C = 275/185)
15 Burpees Over the Bar
10 Toes to Bar
*Alternate every movement.
**This will be fast and spicy for the entire 8 minutes. Work hard and earn every rep!
Extra Conditioning Grunt Work
4 x 500m/400m Row
*Alternate with your buddy every 2:30. For example, buddy 1 goes at 0:00, then buddy 2 will go at 2:30, then buddy 1 will go at 5:00 for his/her 2nd 500/400m...etc. Or complete individually On The 5:00.
**You should be getting a good amount of rest here, some people even a 2:1 rest:work ratio. Each one of these should be an all out sprint effort.
