- Goal here is to push for UB EVERY round. If you're doing that, 1 round should take approximately 1:30. So please scale these numbers down if you look at this a think I'm crazy! Maybe a rep scheme of 24 - 16 - 8 or whatever makes sense for YOU!
- DU Subs = DU Jumps; no more than :35 worth of attempts; 20 DU's if you're someone who has DU's but needs some singles in between
