15 Clean & Jerks (F = 65/35; P+C = 135/95)
45 Wall Balls
Post-WOD, Partner Strength
At the 15:00 mark, you will have 15:00 to each:
Build to a 1 RM Clean & Jerk (ideally using the same barbell).
Beginners with this movement:
Perform sets of 3 reps of a squat clean (focusing on form and technique and getting comfortable dropping under the bar into a front squat).
Then perform sets of 3 reps of a jerk, immediately after the set of 3 squat cleans.
