*Hanging Leg Raise Variations:
- Lying on the ground, holding onto the rig posts, performing leg raises
- Hanging, Holding Your Knees at 90 degrees, or 1 leg in/1 leg straight, or both straight (~ :20 - :30)
- Hanging, Reps, w/ Knees at 90
- Hanging, Reps, 1 Knee at 90, 1 Straight Leg
- Hanging, Reps, Both Straight Legs

*Both Partners working at the same time, switching after you each complete the 16 reps of each movement. (Ex. - Partner 1 does 16 KBS while Partner 2 does the 16 Hollow Rocks, then switch movements. After you both complete both movements, that = 1 round)
