*The deadlift is obviously meant to be heavy. I would say somewhere in the 75-85% range if this weight seems not doable in the middle of a WOD for you yet.
**WOD Goals: 10 rounds is really solid to shoot for in this workout if you haven't done it before. Choose the appropriate variations of the movements to be able to continue to move at that ~80% energy output.
