100 Burpee Pull Ups
*This is an aggressive time cap to complete all of these reps. You will either be trying to complete more reps than you did last time within the 12:00, or shooting to complete the reps faster than what you did last time. Compare to December 30th.
15 x 200m Sprints
Fitness = 12 x 200m Sprints, Every 2:00 (24:00 total)
Performance = Every 1:40 (25:00 total)
Competitor = Every 1:20 (20:00 total)
