OHS Subs = Lighter Bar; or Single Arm DB OHS (35/20, alternating arms every 5 reps); or Heavy Goblet Squats (53/35)
DU Subs = 150 Singles or 100 DU Jumps if you have the coordination for this, but not with the rope yet (arms by your sides, double slapping your thighs)
