- If this sounds pretty much impossible, you should not try it. Do regular Cindy and try to get close to 25+ rounds.
Extra Credit Fitness
100 reps of:
- Free-Standing Handstand Shoulder Taps
- Handstand Shoulder Taps (nose + toes position against wall)
- Handstand Weight Shifts (nose + toes position against wall)
- 100 seconds in a nose + toes handstand hold against wall
- Push Up Position Shoulder Taps (focusing on perfect form)
- OR Abmat Situps if you don't want to dabble with these yet :)
