*This is a classic individual workout made up by Mikko Salo. He used to average 20 calories across all machines all rounds. Complete savage. Our goal here is to simply find a sustainable pace where you can match the same amount of calories across each round. Think 10-15 Calories Each Machine Each Round. This workout is as much mental as it is physical!
This is not really a team workout, but find a pair of 3 people around similar heights so you can switch between the machines in that short time frame and not have to adjust the equipment and lose time.
