Every :90 for 12:00, complete:
1 Clean-Grip Deadlift + 1 Hang Clean Pull + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Front Squat + 1 Push Jerk
1 Power Clean + 1 Hang Squat Clean + 1 Jerk
1 Power Snatch + 1 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 OHS
*Goal for everyone is to build each set (add weight), hitting something relatively heavy and technically challenging by the last set.
For Time (12:00 cap)
100 Burpee Pull Ups
*This is a pretty aggressive time cap, so you have to be on your game, moving fluidly and consistently.
**If you've done this one before and were stopped by the time cap, now is your chance to see how many more reps you can get! And if you were able to finish, now is the time to try a different strategy to see if you can move faster.
