*When thinking of your gymnastics movement to practice, let's take into consideration that we have had a good amount of shoulder work this week already, and for those performing Holleyman again on Friday (with lots of HSPU or push ups of some kind in that workout), perhaps we choose some kind of pulling movement (i.e. - pull up progressions, muscle up progressions) instead of a pressing movement. BUT, to each their own, and you are obviously free to work on whatever you'd like to work on! Let's get fit!
