**Keep the intensity at MAX effort with a 2:1 rest ratio.
***Should you want a little more to go along with these rowing intervals, (i.e. - don't mind doing some more work in light of the Open 19.1 workout tomorrow) as soon as you come off the rower, complete a set of 8-10 DB Bench Press before resting. Perform the first 4-5 reps with a 21X1 tempo, and the next 4-5 reps without any tempo.
