For Time (12:00 cap):
150 Wall Balls (20/14)
- For some, this will be your first time trying to tackle 150 Wall Balls within 12:00. This is certainly a challenge! You might not complete all of the reps, and that is OKAY. Write down how many reps you do get and you'll get another shot at it in the future. Focus on the quality of each and every repetition.
- For some, this is an opportunity to challenge yourself with a different strategy with another attempt at this benchmark workout. If you want to keep your breakup strategy and just move faster this time around, great! If you are in a position where you want to try to push yourself by trying out a larger rep scheme, this is the time to do it and see what happens!

Fitness = 4 Bar Facing Burpees + 1 Hang Snatch (75/45)
Performance = 6 Bar Facing Burpees + 1 Snatch (135/95)
Competitor = 7 Bar Facing Burpees + 1 Squat Snatch @ 70-80%
- The goal here is to try to get out of breath, and then be able to pull it together to perform a challenging, full body bracing, snatch movement.
- The snatch weight should be something on the challenging side that you have to truly think about and get yourself set before performing the repetition.
