Resilience Storm Update
We will attempt to run our regular 5am/6am/7am classes tomorrow morning. I will be there for you all to get some fitness in (~Brooks)! If it isn't looking terrible yet, we MAY have an hour or two of Open Gym, but we'll make that call at 8am via our Facebook Members page (click HERE to get to our members page).

75 Power Snatches (75/55)
75 Power Cleans (75/55)
Extra Benchmark Fitness (we'll do this again in the future too)
Individually, but alternating with a buddy for your rest interval.
5 x 2:00 Ski for Max Distance
