This is a special workout that a bunch of CrossFit gyms perform (each unique to the gym). It flows just like the song, "12 Days of Christmas".
rd 1 = 1 rep movement
rd 2 = 2 rep movement + 1 rep movement
rd 3 = 3 rep + 2 rep + 1 rep
rd 4 = 4 rep + 3 rep + 2 rep + 1 rep
...and so forth until all 12 rounds have been completed (ending with a 12th 1 rep movement). You START with the highest rep movement (which essentially tells you which round you're on) and work your way back down to the 1 rep movement every round.
This workout is FOR TIME (40:00 cap). Get your equipment, set it all up, and get working.
