Open Workout 16.2
As prescribed by CF HQ:
Beginning on a 4-minute clock, complete as many reps as possible of:
15 squat cleans, 135 / 85 lb.
If completed before 4 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
13 squat cleans, 185 / 115 lb.
If completed before 8 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
11 squat cleans, 225 / 145 lb.
If completed before 12 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
9 squat cleans, 275 / 175 lb.
If completed before 16 minutes, add 4 minutes to the clock and proceed to:
7 squat cleans, 315 / 205 lb.
Stop at 20 minutes.
Our, Resilience Performance + Fitness version:
- Follow the same pattern as outlined above, but essentially disregard the 4:00 time cap parts.
- Select weights and weight-jumps that are appropriate for YOU. However, then weights should feel something like this:
1st wt. = Moderate to light, and somewhat annoying for an entire 15 reps
2nd wt. = Moderate, and definitely annoying for an entire 13 reps
3rd wt. = Moderate to heavy, trudging through the 11 reps
4th wt. = Heavy, hard and probably barely making it through this round (given all of the preceding work...)
5th wt. = Really F'ing Heavy, maybe 90% of your max, and given all the preceding work up until this point, if you get all 7 reps within the 20 minutes, you're a hero!
*Toes To Bar Modifications = 15 reps instead of 25, or a linked kipping variation of them for all 25, or any other substitution.
**DU's Sub = No more than :45 worth of DU attempts each round, or do 50 DU Jumps.
