Just wanted to throw out some ideas for some workouts for everyone for Open Gym this Sunday (especially those who might be about to intake extra calories for the Super Bowl...!).
"Tom Brady" workout = Click HERE (you could turn the runs into whatever cardio you want)
EMOM x 40
Min 1 = 500/400m Bike Erg
Min 2 = 20, 19, 18, 17...down to 1 Burpees
EMOM x 20
EMOM x 10
10 Burpees + 10 Air Squats
20 Burpees Over The Rower
...Can you tell I've been doing a lot of Burpees lately...Whatever you want to do, get the metabolism firing before you eat too many calories that your body doesn't know what to do with! ;)
