Monday- Sumo Deadlifts

Friday- Power Clean + Push Jerk
-Moving Into our third week on the deadlift cycle. The reps per set will drop now from 3 to 2, keep trying to push through each time and add a little extra weight if it’s there technically.
-Continuing to build on our Strict hspu this week with a fun EMOM. During the EMOM we will also touch upon Strict pull-ups, some cardio by machines, and a Sandbag hold. Overall this day will challenge your ability to move your bodyweight fluidly on strict movements while the heart rate is slightly elevated.
STEP-UPS/GLUTE BRIDGES/JUMP SQUATS
-Another week on this cycle, keeping the reps and sets the same on week 3. Remember to keep choosing weights that will truly challenge you about half way through the set. The gains begin when the struggle happens.
POWER CLEAN + PUSH JERK
-Similar to our sumo deadlift work, the reps this week will be dropped down to 2. Let’s continue the momentum in dialing in the technique and perfect that “power catch” position on the clean, followed by that “punch and reach” on the Jerk.
