Each round starts with a buy-in of:
3 Rope Climbs + 25 Calories Ski (or Row)
Max Burpee Broad Jump Reps (4’/3’) in the remaining time on your 3:00 clock each round
Score = combined total number of burpee broad jump reps from all 4 rounds
For Time (15:00 cap)
