As a team of 2, tackle the following workouts:
For Time (15:00 cap)
40yds Backward Sled Drag (Guys = 8 plates; Ladies = 5 plates; scale appropriately)
50 KB Swings (F = 26/18; P = 53/35; C = 70/53)
600m Run (together, with your KB...switching it off whenever you'd like)
50 KB Swings
40yds Backward Sled Drag
*Notes: 1 person works at a time except for the run together, and you may both carry the kb together if you'd like (which I would recommend...).
REST 8 minutes
Ascending Ladder by 3 reps:
- Toes to Bar
- Burpee Broad Jump Reps (F = 2'/1'; P = 4'/3'; C = 5'/4')
- Ski Erg Calories
