Individually, but feel free to have a buddy suffer right next to you the whole time :)
- 5 Stations
- 3:00 of work at each station,
- 1:00 rest between stations,
- 2x through each station
- 39:00 total minutes
Alternating, 1-arm, DB Snatches (50/35)
Oh, and during each 3:00 station...complete 5 burpees EMOM, each station starting with 5 burpees, for a lovely 150 burpees sprinkled in there for ya'll ;)
*These should be completed in 15-20 seconds MAX, so scale them down if needed. Or, turn them into 8 Hollow Rocks instead of Burpees if you're Burpee'd out this week. But just remember that Burpees are the best way to get and stay Fit As F**k!
