This one is a little reminiscent of the time we did "1775" last July 4th! Consider this some mental toughness training for that workout that we will definitely be repeating for this year's July 4th. Look it up if you don't know what I'm talking about. (Link to "1775")
With a partner:
10 Bear Complexes (135/95) (DEMO VIDEO)
50 Synchronized Air Squats
*At the end of each round, unload the barbell and carry it 200 meters away. The two of you can carry your three pieces of equipment (1 bar and 2 weights) any way you'd like, unlike the 1775 workout. Meaning you could have one person carry the barbell (and collars maybe) and the other person carry the two plates. Once all pieces of equipment have traveled the 200m, to a new location, then you may put back together your barbell and start your next round.
