180 OHS (must switch every 10 reps) (F = 45/25; P = 75/55; C = 95/65)
1200m Sandbag Run (1 person runs with the bag, the other two run alongside, switch as often as you'd like)
60 Clean & Jerks (must be completed as single repetitions) (F = ; P = 165/105; C = 205/155)
