Teammate 1 Goes For A:
200m Forward Sled Drag/Run (Men = 2 Plates + a 25; Ladies = 1 Plate)
Teammates 2+3 Work On (partition as desired between the two teammates):
50 Air Squats
10 Cleans (F = 85/45; P = 185/125; C = 225/155)
2 Rope Climbs
*When teammate 1 is done with the sled drag, they substitute in for one of the teammates working on the 10 Rounds. Continue in this fashion until all 10 rounds are complete!
**Feel free to throw a weight vest on to start getting ready for Memorial Day Murph!
