20 Rounds For Time (35:00-40:00 CAP)
20 Jump lunges (10/leg) or 20 reverse lunges
10/8 Calorie machine or :30s max calories
5 Power snatches or 10 alternating DB snatches
*Alternate full rounds, 10 each*
-Attack these, they're difficult but provide a unique stimulus and added challenge
-If you feel any discomfort (pain wise), then the reverse lunge will be acceptable.
Snatches (Barbell or DB)
-Load the barbell @ 70-75% of your 1RM, and stay for all sets, think single reps
-For the DBs, we should be pushing 10-20# heavier then normal, think single reps.
Calories on Machine
Partner will choose either the bike, rower, or ski and stay with that machine
-If the partner exceeds :30-:35 then calories shoukld be cut down or have a :30 cap
