The rotation will flow: work, hold, rest
- 250m Intervals
- Hold a Plank, for one person's interval, immediately following your interval.
150 Wall Balls
- Switch every 15 reps
- Hold a Hollow Hold.
**Sub = Hang Power Cleans (115/75) if your legs TRULY can't do 50 Wall Balls after yesterday.
75 Burpee Box Jumps
- Switch every 5 reps
- Hold the bottom of a Push Up.
