Dynamic Duo Partner Day
**The below workouts are taken from the prescribed workouts for the intermediate division of the Dynamic Duo. If you'd like to perform the Scaled version of the workouts with your partner, please refer to the Dynamic Duo website HERE.
Teams Of 2
On A 36:00 Running Clock
Part A) 8 Rounds:
25 Double Unders
10 Thrusters (95/65#)
Part B) 150/120 Calorie Skierg
Flow- Alternate full rounds on Part “A”, While Partner 1 is doing Part “A” Partner 2 will be chipping away at Part “B”. Then switching upon completion of a full round of Part “A”. Once either part is completed the athletes will chip away at what's left.

Establish Weight In Complex Of:
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Hang Squat Clean
1 Shoulder To Overhead
*Non Working Partner Hold 95/65# Overhead
15/12 Calorie Row
12 Deadlifts (225/155#)
9 Toes To Bar
6 Synchronized Burpees
*Alternate Full Movements
P1 performs 15/12 Calorie Row, while P2 rests, then...
P2 performs 12 Deadlifts, while P1 rests, then...
P1 performs 9 TTB, while P2 rests, then...
BOTH perform 6 synchro bar-facing burpees, then...
P2 performs 15/12 Calorie Row, while P1 rests, ...etc...
