Saturday Monster Mash
As a team of 4! (Ideally 2 males and 2 females)
Working in pairs (similar to a partner workout where one person usually rests, now it's 2 people resting...or holding)
Workout #1 / "Warm Up"
Partner 1: 500m/400m Row
Partner 2 : 200m Forward Sled Drag/Run (guys = 3 plates / ladies = 1 plate)
Partners 3 + 4: BB Front-Rack Hold (95/65)
When both partner 1+2 are done, trade places. So now:
Partner 3: 500m/400m Row
Partner 4: 200m Forward Sled Drag/Run
Partners 1+2: BB Front-Rack Hold
Do all of the above, one more time, so that all partners have each rowed and done the sled drag.
Workout #2 / "Synchronized Swimming"
Immediately after Workout #1, again working in pairs:
Accumulate 100 Synchronized Thrusters (95/65)
*2 partners working on the synchro thrusters (meaning you must hit the bottom and top of the thruster at the same time or wait for your partner at either point until you do), while the other 2 partners are hanging from a pull-up bar with a medball between your feet. Switch as often as you'd like, or when the hangers come off the pull-up bar.
Workout #3 / "Are We Done Yet?"
Immediately after Workout #2, working in pairs:
150 Wall Balls
150 Burpees Over The Bar
*Partners must switch every 15 reps.
**Partners 1+2 start with 15 wall balls (each and together, not necessarily synchronized), while partners 3+4 start with 15 Burpees Over The Bar (each and together, and again, not necessarily synchronized). Keep switching every 15 reps until the team has accumulated 150 reps of each (75 reps of each movement, per duo).
