Continuing to work on pacing and consistency in this week’s interval training. This will be metabolic with a little gymnastics skill. Learn to love and live around that 80-85% of your max capacity. Similar splits is a GREAT sign you are learning what it means to find a good power output and sustain it.
-Week 2 of our Snatch work, continuing to build upon previous cycles and get cozy in the squat. Snatch weight doesn’t jump in crazy lengths, look to only go about 5, maybe 10# heavier then last time. Or even hitting the same weight is great, consistency always means positive things to come.
STEP-UPS/GLUTE BRIDGE/JUMP SQUATS!!
BOOTY WERK! Need I say more!? Choose weights that are challenging but allow you to perform these movements unbroken, really having to dig through the second half of the reps. Grow them glutes 🍑🍑🍑 and maybe the gym will sponsor a shopping spree for everyone getting new pants.
FLOOR PRESS AND DB ROWS!
Doubles! The end of the cycle is near, we’ve been doing a great job hitting the push/pull combo. Continue to build and pay attention to the positions. We should see a great transfer over to movements such as push-ups and pull-ups. You may even start to look better with your shirt off 🕺🏻🕺🏻🕺🏻
