Weekly Movement Forecast

EMOM + STRENGTH
Kicking the week off with a fun one! This EMOM is sure to push your capacity and test your strength. Each minute should be challenging metabolically, and as you’re breathing heavy at the end you’ll be tested on managing those breaths and controlling your body as you attack some heavier loading.
Week two of our cycle will mimic what we did last week on our Snatches. The barbell will move from the hi Hang position to above the knee, focusing on an engaged body position and finishing our lift with the barbell right back into the hi Hang position.
SA DB PRESS
We will be back at it with this cycle for DB presses. Try to remember the weight you used two weeks ago and we will build off of that. Proper movement through our upper body push/pull work will do wonder for your upper body stability, health, and overall strength development.
Another week on our box squat cycle! Hopefully now we will all be a little more comfortable and ready to load up. Remember to activate the posterior chain and lead off the box by getting those hips through and squeezed!
