Weekly Movement Forecast
M- DB Split Squats + Barbell Hip Thrusts / DB Step-overs + Wall ball + Dubs
T- New Snatch Cycle (Snatch Lift-offs + High Hang Snatch) / Snatches + Burpee over Bar
W- Wallop Wednesday (Teams of 2) Row + Bike + Pull-ups
TH- Front Squats (Adding the 1 + 1/4 ROM) + Hollow Rocks and Ski-Erg
F- Row + Push-ups + Sit-ups / Deadlifts + T2B / STOH
Starting up what is sure to be a new and fun cycle with a variety of different movements. You will see DB split squats; barbell hip thrusts, Strict tempo dips, and seated box jumps. We should see great improvements with full body strength and explosiveness.
Starting up another new cycle this week, focusing on Power Snatches. In this cycle we will be progressing each time to a new position, while keeping the focus on truly developing our technique through holds + pauses.
Back on the front squat gains train, choo choo! For this new cycle, we will be getting back in touch with the 1-1/4 front squats. Putting some extra stress on the legs and truly building some tree trunks. With the barbell in the front rack we should also see great improvement over the course of the cycle with our core strength.
Closing out the week with a longer time domain sweat fest. You won’t want to miss this!
