Our cycles this week consist of...
Push-ups + Rows
-Another week on this and another week with full focus of ROM. We want to start seeing some improvements on strength/technique so don’t be afraid to make your scale a little harder then what you’ve been doing. The only way to know your strength is too test it!
Deficit deadlift/Glute bridge/Bike Sprint
-Dropping another rep this week on the deadlift while keeping the rest the same. Focus here continues to revolve around body position. Reminder to brace the body and always keep the back angle above the hip crease.
Squat Clean + STOH
-Working our way down in reps on this cycle. It will still be a little metabolically fatiguing but we should start to see more of a challenge on the pure strength side. Reminder to control your bar, control it to the floor and control the pull. The more tight and engaged you are the better the barbell moves up and down your body.
