Former US Navy SEAL Glen Doherty, 42, of Winchester, MA; was assigned to a State Department security detail in Benghazi, Libya, died in an attack on US consulate on Sept. 11, 2012. Glen was a paramedic and sniper, serving on numerous missions in the middle east.

The Open Is complete, amazing job to everyone who attacked these workouts over the past 5 weeks. They were certainly challenging workouts, and you all rose to the occasion. This is always a good time in the year to take a week and have fun with it. Don’t be afraid to go outside and use your fitness doing other things. Go for a hike, bike ride, cold plunge in a lake 😉. Allow your body to recover and allow your mind to reset after a stressful 5 weeks for some.
With all that said, this week will be pretty cardio heavy. Look for some good sweat fest type workouts, and we will reset, starting back into regularly scheduled programming the following week!
