Challenging EMOM to start the week off. This EMOM should give a good test to your work capacity and also test the mental side of things.
Flowing back into some back squats this week with the same intensions as two weeks ago. Don’t push too much on the weight, focus on getting the body back into fluid movement under load.
Pre-Open WOD Conditioning
Fourth week of the open, and fourth week of our low impact conditioning day. Use this day to get the body moving and work up a good sweat!
