HEAVY SINGLE SNATCH
-Snatch Snatch Snatch! 1RM time to close out another cycle. Remember a consist and tight set up will be the key to being more consistent through the rest of the lift. Engage the lats and back, drive through the full foot, and finish tall. Trust your hard work!
UPPER BODY/GYMNASTICS CONDITIONING
Two conditioning pieces today that will test your ability to breathe and maintain body control while working through a higher heart rate and higher skill gymnastics.
FRONT SQUATS + PARTNER WOD
Just like last weeks back squats, we want to take a light and technical approach to get these squat patterns back into our lives. These front squats should shade towards lighter then heavier, and we should be generating great speed out of the hole.
Another Thursday before the open means more low impact cardio. The heavy dosage of today will be with rowing and double unders.
20.1 = Barbell/Burpee piece (15min)
20.2 = Thrusters + T2b + Double unders (20min)
20.3 = Will we see Rowing? Handstand walks? HSPU? (20+min?) We shall see!
